Come learn from a Rank the Vote national organizer how to talk to someone about Ranked Choice Voting when you're in the field. We'll talk about best practices, and have opportunities for you to practice your state's pitch in a friendly environment. You'll also be able to ask any and all questions so as to ensure a positive canvassing experience.

We’ll start off the day at 9AM by meeting at the middle entrance to the market, which is at 200 E. 5th Ave. Feel free to join and leave anytime until around 11; just look for the people with the clipboards.

If you’ve never done canvassing or tabling before, never fear! It’s easy to get started and our experienced volunteers can show you the ropes.  We’ll also have supplies (e.g. signup sheets, sample ballots, poster cards); just bring you!

Join our Volunteer Orientation zoom session to meet other volunteers and learn about the next steps of getting involved with FV-IL activities.

Meetings are scheduled every Tuesday at 6pm to:

• Present brief overview information about our organizational structure
• Learn how to connect with our teams through the Slack communications app
• Receive several helpful links for getting up to speed on RCV and how to talk to folks about it
