Canvass for RCV at Downtown Aurora Farmers' Market

FairVote Illinois will be at the Downtown Aurora Farmers' Market to raise awareness about ranked choice voting (RCV) and to collect sign-ups to support the cause. We’d like to have you join us, or even stop by to just talk and learn more.

We’ll start in the morning at 8:00am by meeting at the nearby Endiro Coffee (29 W. New York Street). Space and weather permitting, I (Joel) will plan to be seated in the outdoor area. To find me, just look for RCV branded stuff and/or a tie dye backpack. From there, we'll walk over to the intersection of Water St & E Benton St where we can start working. Feel free to join and leave anytime; just look for our signs/shirts. You can also text me if you're having trouble finding the spot.

If you’ve never done canvassing or tabling before, never fear! It’s easy to get started and we can show you the ropes. We’ll also have supplies (e.g. signup sheets, sample ballots, poster cards) so just bring you!
