Canvassing in Evanston

FairVote Illinois will be at the Evanston Farmers' Market to raise awareness about ranked choice voting as well as to collect sign-ups to support the cause. We’d like to have you join us, or even stop by to just talk and learn more.

We’ll start off the day around 8:30am by meeting at the nearby intersection of Emerson St. & Maple Ave in the SE corner (1889 Maple Ave). From there we’ll pick a spot near the farmers' market and take it from there. Feel free to join anytime until noon; just look for our signs.

If you’ve never done canvassing or tabling before, never fear! It’s easy to get started and our experienced volunteers can show you the ropes. We’ll also have supplies (e.g. signup sheets, sample ballots, poster cards); just bring you!
